Hot & Smoky Southwestern Salad

Ingredients:

  • 4oz Hot & Smoky Jerky With REDRUB™
  • Whole head/bag of your salad green of choice
  • 10 Cherry Tomatoes
  • 1/2 can of black beans
  • 1/2 can of corn
  • 1/4 small red onion (thinly sliced)
  • 1/2 Avocado
  • Ranch Dressing to taste

Instructions:

  1. Wash, trim and roughly chop your vegetables
  2. Roughly chop jerky
  3. Assemble salad
  4. Toss with dressing
  5. Add jerky
